Welcome to Sparq. By using the app you agree to these terms. We have kept them short and plain.

Using Sparq

Sparq suggests real venues and events near you. Availability, hours, pricing, and events come from third-party sources and can change without notice. Always confirm the details before you head out. Sparq is a suggestion engine, not a booking or ticketing service, and we are not responsible for your experience at any venue or event.

Your account

You are responsible for the activity on your account and for keeping your sign-in secure. Do not misuse the service, attempt to disrupt it, or use it to break the law.

Sparq+ subscriptions

Sparq offers an optional paid subscription, Sparq+, purchased through your Apple ID. Subscriptions renew automatically until canceled, and you manage or cancel them in your Apple account settings. Pricing is shown in the app before you buy. Refunds are handled by Apple under their standard terms.

Content and availability

We work to keep Sparq running well, but we provide it on an "as is" basis and cannot guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may add, change, or remove features as the app evolves.

Ending use

You can delete your account at any time in Settings. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.
